Every day our bakers start with the freshest ingredients to make the authentic pastry dough. Racine Danish Kringles® Gourmet Roast Coffees Racine Danish Kringle "Gourmet Roast" brand coffees are truly unique and highly prized coffees selected from only the best beans and roasted and packaged locally in downtown Milwaukee. Our custom "Gourmet Roast" coffee comes in four varieties that will compliment any flavor of Kringle. It only makes sense. House Blend - Grown on a small plantation in northern Brazil, our Brazilian House Blend has a sweet, caramel aroma and a warm, chocolatey finish. This coffee is both pleasant on the tongue and easy on the stomach. Breakfast Blend Regular and Decaf - This coffee is a friendly get togther of our highest-quality Guatemalan, an extremely smooth and chocolatey Ethiopian Harrar, and our French Roast. Breakfast Blend is a rich, full, mellow coffee. Dark Roast - Our Dark Roast is a rich cup of coffee with a noticeable undercurrent of bittersweet cocoa and a surprisingly smooth, satiny finish. To ensure freshness, each coffee is roasted, ground and packaged in a 8 oz one-way valve bag and delivered to you within days of being roasted. Usinger's Famous Sausage Only the freshest, choicest, government inspected beef... carefully trimmed to exact leanness, goes into Usinger's sausage. Rare and natural spices such as Zanzibar cloves; East India nutmeg; bright, mild California paprika; Java Muntok white pepper; Tellicherry black pepper and select, extra-large pistachio nuts are used exclusively. The family recipes call for fresh garlic and large sweet Bermuda onions. Usinger's products do not contain MSG. No fillers (milk powder, cereal, etc.) or "liquid smoke" are ever used. The old-fashioned smoking process, over slowly smoldering hardwood slabs and sawdust, ensures that enticing natural smoke flavor.
